As the HR/Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing documents including offer letters and employment contracts
- Review and update policies and procedures as necessary
- Keep and maintain accurate records including any staffs’ personal records and annual leave records
- Review and maintain Staff Handbook
- Booking travel and overseeing expenses
- General office management including maintaining any office contracts
- Bookkeeping – purchase ledger entry, sales ledger entry, purchase orders, expenses
- Prepare quarterly VAT returns for review
- Prepare monthly commission statements for review
- Prepare payroll for review
- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, providing administrative and operational support as needed.
- Help coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action points to ensure priorities are met.
- Manage key communications on behalf of the CEO, both internally and externally.
- Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives and organizational projects.
Key Requirements:
- 1-2 years of HR or Finance experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively and work to deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with people on all levels
- A proactive and hands-on approach, with a passion for HR and/or Finance
- Familiarity with HR processes and UK employment law is a plus.
- Xero experience desirable but not essential – understanding and experience of a bookkeeping package needed.

In this role you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of cyber security services, that help secure customers environments from all types of cyber-attacks. This is an exciting new role in their Security Operations Centre, where you will learn and develop your skills in defending against malware, hacking activities, and implementing security solutions across both the public and private sector.
It will be shift work, either 07:00-15:00, 09:00-17:00 or 14:00-22:00. Offices are available to use, or you can work from home.
As a Senior Cyber Security Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Adherence to information security policies and ISO standards.
- Proactive monitoring and development of security platforms.
- Be a key part of service roadmap development.
- Manage security incidents.
- Perform threat hunting activities on our customers environments.
- Securing of multiple environments of differing sizes and technology stacks
- Support customers during cyber incidents.
- Support customers with vulnerabilities affecting their organisation.
- Ensure SLAs are met with internal and customer stakeholders for information and updates.
- Support customers with remediation activities.
- Support and train junior members of staff, act as an escalation point for them and support on-boarding new customers
Required skills and qualifications:
- Good Cyber Security related or relevant degree
- Hands on experience with a SIEM/SOAR product, vulnerability management toolsets and Public Cloud platforms.
- 2+ years industry experience preferred. A minimum of 1 years required in a SOC or Cyber related role.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of EUC technologies (M365, (Inc. OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Teams) Windows 10/11)
- Knowledge of public cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Able to work under own initiative and as a team player.
- Self-starter with the aptitude to learn and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity, continually evolving industry.

As a Penetration Tester, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
- Scope and advise customers on areas of penetration tests and document and feedback results to Customers
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests of customer environments.
- An understanding of aligned penetration testing standards such as CREST/PCI/COBIT etc.
- Create penetration test output reports and present finding to customers.
- Perform security audits and assessments on customer environments.
- Develop standardised, and optimise, consistent documentation and effective outcomes.
- Participate in creating Standard Operating Procedures in accordance with the companies Information Security Management System.
- Be a key part of service roadmap development.
- Support the Security Operations Centre on identifying malicious activity such as zero-day exploits.
- Support and train junior members of staff.
- Support customers with remediation activities.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Cyber Security related degree or equivalent experience and certifications.
- 2+ year Penetration Testing experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English with an excellent working attitude.
- Working knowledge of Vulnerability Management technologies, such as Tenable, Rapid7, Qualys.
- Experience conducting penetration tests across on-premises, private and public cloud environments.
- Experience in penetration testing complex environments including but not limited to internal systems, hosted systems and web applications
- Experience with penetration testing toolsets such as Nmap, Burp Suite and Metasploit
- Experience with OWASP testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex, technical scenarios at a high level.
- Good Presentation skills.
